The process of trademark right transfer is that the transferor and the transferee sign the transfer agreement first, and then both parties jointly apply to the Trademark Office for transfer. If the Trademark Office approves and announces the transfer, the transferee will enjoy the exclusive right to use the trademark according to law from the date of announcement.

Article 41 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China
Where a registered trademark needs to change the name, address or other registered matters of the registrant, an application for change shall be filed.
Article 42
Where a registered trademark is assigned, the assignor and the assignee shall sign an assignment agreement and jointly file an application with the Trademark Office. The transferee shall guarantee the quality of the goods in respect of which the registered trademark is used. Where a registered trademark is assigned, the trademark registrant shall assign its similar trademark registered on the same kind of goods, or its identical or similar trademark registered on similar goods. The Trademark Office shall not approve the transfer that is likely to cause confusion or have other adverse effects, and shall notify the applicant in writing with reasons. The assignment of a registered trademark shall be announced upon approval. The transferee shall enjoy the exclusive right to use the trademark from the date of announcement.
