The absence of undeclared payment information means that the employee is not insured, at least not in the social security institution where the information is queried. Employees can ask the employer about the insurance payment status, whether they are not insured or are insured in other ways.
 If not, the employee shall require the employer to participate in the insurance and pay in time.

 According to Article 60 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China, the employer shall declare on its own and pay social insurance premiums in full and on time, and shall not postpone or remit the payment of social insurance premiums except for legal reasons such as force majeure. The social insurance premiums payable by the employees shall be withheld and paid by the employer, and the employer shall inform the details of the payment of social insurance premiums on a monthly basis.
 Individual businesses without employees, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees may directly pay social insurance premiums to the social insurance premium collection agency.
