Wage is the labor remuneration paid by the employer to the workers in various forms in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and the provisions of the labor contract. As long as workers provide labor, whether in the probation period or the formal period, they have the right to receive labor remuneration. The absence of a labor contract during the probation period is a factual labor relationship, and the employer shall pay the laborer a lump sum of wages based on the laborer's labor achievements when the laborer resigns. Establish labor relations and conclude labor contracts. If a labor relationship has been established but a written labor contract has not been concluded at the same time, a written labor contract shall be concluded within one month from the date of employment, which is a mandatory legal provision. If the employer has not concluded a labor contract after one month of employment, the worker can collect evidence of the actual labor relationship and claim twice the salary from the employer.

    Article 82 of the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China (2012 Revision) [Legal liability for not concluding a written labor contract] If an employer fails to conclude a written labor contract with a worker more than one month but less than one year after the date of employment, it shall pay twice the salary to the worker every month.
    If an employer, in violation of the provisions of this Law, does not conclude a non fixed term labor contract with a worker, it shall pay twice the salary to the worker every month from the date when the non fixed term labor contract should be concluded.
