The labor arbitration of wage arrears can be resolved within 45 days. According to Article 43 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Mediation and Arbitration of Labor Disputes, the adjudication of labor dispute cases by the arbitral tribunal shall be concluded within 45 days from the date when the labor dispute arbitration commission accepts the arbitration application. If the case is complicated and needs to be postponed, with the approval of the chairman of the labor dispute arbitration commission, the extension may be extended and the parties concerned shall be notified in writing, but the extension period shall not exceed 15 days. If no arbitration award is made within the time limit, the parties may bring a lawsuit to the people's court on the labor dispute.
 When the arbitration tribunal adjudicates a labor dispute case, if some of the facts are clear, it may first adjudicate on that part.
