If the enterprise has not informed consumers in advance, then according to the relevant provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, operators should follow the principles of voluntariness, fairness, honesty and credibility when conducting transactions with consumers; Consumers should have the right to know, otherwise it would be illegal.
