The insurance benefits meeting the following conditions can be used as inheritance to repay debts:
（1） There is no designated beneficiary, or the designated beneficiary cannot be determined;
（2） The beneficiary dies before the insured, and there is no other beneficiary;
（3） The beneficiary loses or waives the beneficial right according to law, and there is no other beneficiary.
Legal basis: According to Article 42 of the Insurance Law, the insurer shall perform the obligation to pay the insurance benefits as the heritage of the insured in accordance with the Inheritance Law of the People's Republic of China in any of the following circumstances after the death of the insured:
（1） There is no designated beneficiary, or the designated beneficiary cannot be determined;
（2） The beneficiary dies before the insured, and there is no other beneficiary;
（3） The beneficiary loses or waives the beneficial right according to law, and there is no other beneficiary.
If the beneficiary and the insured died in the same event and the order of death cannot be determined, it is presumed that the beneficiary died first.
