    Divorce is allowed if one party does not have a marriage certificate and the other party agrees to divorce without losing the marriage certificate and cooperating.
    According to the Marriage Registration Ordinance, if the party applying for divorce registration loses one marriage certificate, the marriage registration authority can apply for divorce registration based on another marriage certificate;
    If both marriage certificates of the party concerned are lost, the marriage registration authority may handle divorce registration according to the marriage registration files or the marriage registration record certification materials provided by the party concerned.
