Married women have a household registration in their parents' home, which does not mean that married women can divide their parents' land and homestead. Married women who want to apply for housing construction procedures collectively in their village need to meet two conditions at the same time: 1. The household registration is in their parents' home. You can go through the construction approval procedures at your parents' home. If you move to your husband's home, you can't apply for the construction approval procedures at your parents' home. 2. Comply with the regulations of one house for one family. That is to say, after the daughter gets married, if she has the same household register as her parents, she cannot apply for housing construction procedures. She can only apply for housing construction procedures when she is separated from her parents' household register and has no homestead. As children, to enjoy their parents' property, they must assume the obligation of jointly supporting their parents. If they cannot achieve equal rights and obligations, married women are not eligible to share their parents' land and property.

 Article 31 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Rural Land Contracting During the term of contract, if a woman marries and fails to obtain the contracted land in her new residence, the employer shall not take back the original contracted land; If a woman is divorced or widowed and still lives in her original place of residence or does not live in her original place of residence but has not obtained the contracted land in her new place of residence, the party issuing the contract may not take back the contracted land.
