If the company in the labor contract has agreed to pay double salary at the end of the year, as long as the worker meets the relevant payment conditions, All employers shall pay double salaries at the end of the year as agreed.  1. The state implements the minimum wage guarantee system. The specific standards of the minimum wage shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and reported to the State Council for the record. The wages paid by employers to workers shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard.
 2. Wages shall be paid monthly to the workers themselves in monetary form. Workers' wages shall not be deducted or delayed without reason.
 Legal basis
 Article 44 of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China Under any of the following circumstances, the employing unit shall pay higher wages than workers' wages during normal working hours according to the following standards:
 （1） If workers are arranged to work longer hours, they shall be paid no less than 150 percent of their wages;
 （2） If a worker is arranged to work on a rest day but cannot take compensatory leave, he shall be paid not less than 200 percent of his salary;
 （3） If workers are arranged to work on statutory holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages.
