1、 The specific procedures are:
1. Both parties shall negotiate the child rearing, property disposal and other issues, and sign a divorce agreement
2. Both parties shall take the household register, resident identity card, marriage certificate, divorce agreement and photos to apply for divorce registration in person at the marriage registration authority where one party's household register is located.
3. After examination, the marriage registration administration organ shall register the divorce application that conforms to the Marriage Law and the Regulations on the Administration of Marriage Registration, issue the Divorce Certificate and cancel the Marriage Certificate.
