What's the use of Grade III disability certificate? The Certificate of the People's Republic of China for Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the certificate for persons with disabilities) is a special certificate for persons with disabilities issued by the China Disabled Persons' Federation (CDPF), which is approved by the state.
