After bankruptcy liquidation, creditors' rights shall be declared in a timely manner. If the debtor applies to the people's court for bankruptcy, after the people's court accepts the bankruptcy application, the creditor shall declare the creditor's rights in a timely manner after receiving the notice of creditor's rights declaration. After the people's court accepted the bankruptcy application, it appointed a bankruptcy administrator, formed a liquidation group, and distributed the company's property in the legal order. After the distribution is completed, the enterprise can cancel its registration.

    [Legal Basis]

In Article 48 of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, creditors shall declare their claims to the administrator within the time limit for declaration of claims determined by the people's court.
The salary, medical treatment, disability allowance and pension expenses owed by the debtor to the employees, the basic endowment insurance and basic medical insurance expenses owed that should be transferred to the employees' personal accounts, and the compensation that should be paid to the employees according to the laws and administrative regulations need not be reported. The manager should make a list and publicize it after investigation. If the employee has any objection to the list, he/she may request the manager to correct it; If the administrator refuses to make corrections, the employee may bring a lawsuit to the people's court.
