If the employee does not sign the labor contract, the employer shall notify the employee in writing to terminate the labor relationship and pay the labor remuneration for the actual working hours.
 If the employee does not sign the labor contract and the employer does not notify the employee in writing to terminate the labor relationship within one month, the employee can ask the employer to pay double wages.
 If an employer fails to sign a labor contract and fails to conclude a written labor contract with a worker for more than one month but less than one year from the date of employment, it shall pay twice the salary to the worker every month.

 Article 5 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Labor Contract Law states that if the employee does not enter into a written labor contract with the employer within one month from the date of employment after the employer's written notice, the employer shall notify the employee in writing to terminate the labor relationship without paying economic compensation to the employee, but shall pay the employee the labor remuneration for his actual working hours according to law.
