The following consequences may occur if the case is filed for arrears:
1. The court may judge the borrower to repay in time and pay overdue interest in accordance with the agreement or relevant national regulations;
2. If the judgment is still not returned after it takes effect, the creditor can apply to the court for enforcement, and the debtor's property will be sealed up, frozen, detained, sold off, etc. If they are able to execute, but refuse to execute the effective judgment of the court, they may also bear criminal responsibility if the circumstances are serious.
