Those who apply for the enforcement of legally effective judgments, rulings and conciliation statements made by people's courts, rulings and conciliation statements made by arbitration institutions according to law, creditor's rights documents granted by notarial organs with enforcement effect according to law, and those who apply for recognition and enforcement of judgments, rulings of foreign courts and rulings of foreign arbitration institutions shall pay according to the following standards:
If there is no execution amount or price, RMB 50 to 500 will be paid for each piece
If the execution amount or price does not exceed 10000 yuan, 50 yuan shall be paid for each piece
The part exceeding 10000 yuan to 500000 yuan shall be paid according to 1.5
The part exceeding 500000 yuan to 5 million yuan shall be paid according to 1
The part exceeding 5 million yuan to 10 million yuan shall be paid at 0.5
The part exceeding 10 million yuan shall be paid according to 0.1.
（3） If the case is settled through mediation or the party applies for withdrawal of the case, the case acceptance fee shall be paid in half.
Half of the case acceptance fee shall be paid for cases that apply summary procedure. If the defendant files a counterclaim and a third party with independent right of claim files a claim related to the case, and the people's court decides to hear the case together, the case acceptance fee shall be reduced by half. For retrial cases that need to pay the case acceptance fee according to Article 9 of the Measures for Payment of Litigation Costs, the case acceptance fee shall be paid according to the amount of the retrial request that does not accept the original judgment.
