    [Legal Opinion]
    If the other party's vehicle does not violate the rules, such as running a red light, speeding, drunk driving, etc,
    The car turning left has been turned and hit the rear right of the car by a straight car coming from the opposite side. It is the turning car that bears the greatest responsibility.
    [Legal Basis]
    Regulations on the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that:
    Article 51 When passing an intersection controlled by traffic lights, motor vehicles shall pass in accordance with the following provisions:
    (1) At the intersection marked with a guide lane, drive into the guide lane according to the required direction of travel;
    (2) Those who are ready to enter the roundabout shall give way to the vehicles already in the intersection;
    (3) When turning left, turn left near the intersection center. Turn on the turn signal when turning, and turn on the low beam light when driving at night;
    (4) In case of release signal, pass in sequence;
    (5) In case of stop signal, stop outside the stop line in turn. If there is no stop line, stop outside the intersection;
    (6) When the vehicle in front of you in the same lane is waiting for the release signal when turning right, stop in turn and wait;
    (7) At intersections without direction indicator lights, turning vehicles give way to straight vehicles and pedestrians. Right turning vehicles in the opposite direction give way to left turning vehicles.
    Article 52 When a motor vehicle passes an intersection without the control of traffic lights or the direction of traffic police, it shall comply with the following provisions in addition to the provisions of subparagraphs (2) and (3) of Article 51:
    (1) If there are traffic signs and markings, let the party giving priority to pass first;
    (2) If there is no traffic sign or marking control, stop and look around before entering the intersection, and let the oncoming vehicles on the right road go first;
    (3) The turning motor vehicle gives way to the straight vehicle;
    (4) The right turning vehicle in the opposite direction will give way to the left turning vehicle.
    Generally, the turning motor vehicle gives way to the straight motor vehicle, which is a big principle. Therefore, the left turning vehicle has turned and been hit by the opposite straight vehicle at the rear of the right car. It is still the turning vehicle's responsibility.
