Article 4 of the Interpretation of the Marriage Law (III), if one of the husband and wife requests to divide the common property during the existence of the marriage relationship, the people's court will not support it, except for the following major reasons that do not harm the interests of others:
（1） If one party conceals, transfers, sells off, destroys, squanders the common property of the husband and wife, or forges the common property of the husband and wife, and other behaviors seriously damage the interests of the common property of the husband and wife (2) if one party has the legal obligation to support the person who suffers from a serious disease and needs medical treatment, the other party does not agree to pay the relevant medical expenses.
