The responsibilities of the carrier in the contract of carriage by sea are as follows:

As for the seaworthiness responsibility of the carrier, the carrier shall be cautious before and at the time of the ship's sailing, make the ship seaworthy, properly equip the ship with crew, equipment, supplies, cargo hold, refrigerated hold and air-conditioned hold, and safely receive, carry and keep the cargo;
2. The carrier's responsibility for cargo management;
3. Responsibility for having to make a reasonable deviation.
