The execution notice is an execution notice issued by the people's court to the person subjected to execution when accepting the application for consultative execution; Inclusion in the list of dishonest persons subjected to execution is a punitive measure against the person subjected to execution for obstructing execution in the execution procedure. The notice of execution precedes the list of the persons to be executed for breach of faith. Article 240 of the Civil Procedure Law When receiving an application for execution or a letter of transfer for execution, the execution officer shall send a notice of execution to the person subjected to execution, and may immediately take enforcement measures.
 Legal basis
 Article 3 of the Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Restricting the High Consumption of the Enforced, if the Enforced is a natural person, after the adoption of measures to restrict consumption, he shall not have the following high consumption and consumption behaviors that are not necessary for life and work:
 （1） When taking transportation, choose the plane, train soft berth, ship second-class or above;
 （2） High consumption in hotels, hotels, nightclubs, golf courses and other places above star level;
 （3） Purchase of real estate or new, expanded or high-grade decorated houses;
 （4） Rent high-end office buildings, hotels, apartments and other places for office work;
 （5） Purchase of vehicles not necessary for operation;
 （6） Tourism and vacation;
 （7） Children attend high fee private schools;
 （8） Pay high premiums to buy insurance and wealth management products;
 （9） Take all the seats of the G-head EMU train, the first class or above seats of other EMU trains and other consumer behaviors that are not necessary for life and work.
 If the person subjected to execution is a unit, and after the consumption restriction measures are taken, the person subjected to execution and his legal representative, main responsible person, the person directly responsible for affecting the performance of the debt, and the actual controller may not commit the acts specified in the preceding paragraph. Anyone who uses his personal property to carry out the acts specified in the preceding paragraph for private consumption may apply to the enforcement court. If the examination by the enforcement court is true, it shall be permitted.
 In Article 1 of Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Restricting High Consumption of the Executed, if the person subjected to execution fails to perform the obligations specified in the effective legal document, and has one of the following circumstances, the people's court shall include him in the list of the person subjected to execution for dishonesty and punish him according to law for credit: (1) if he has the ability to perform but refuses to perform the obligations specified in the effective legal document; （2） Obstructing or resisting execution by means of falsifying evidence, violence or threat; （3） Evading enforcement by means of false litigation, false arbitration or concealing or transferring property; （4） Violating the property reporting system; （5） Violating the consumption restriction order; （6） Refusing to implement the settlement agreement without justified reasons.
