1. Notify the insurance company. After the occurrence of the insured accident, the insured shall notify the insurance company of the time, place, cause and loss of the insured accident as soon as possible, as well as the number of the insurance policy, the subject matter of the insurance, the types of insurance and the duration of insurance. If the subject matter insured is damaged in another place, the insured shall report the case to the original insurance company and its local branch or agent. Before the insurance company arrives at the scene of accident, the insured shall take necessary rescue measures and sort out the damaged insurance subject. In case of fire or motor vehicle accident, the insured shall obey the on-site command of the fire department or public security transportation department at the accident site.
2. Accept the inspection of the insurance company. The insured shall accept the insurance company or other personnel entrusted by the insurance company (such as insurance agent and inspection authority) to inspect the damaged insurance subject at the accident site, and provide various conveniences to ensure that the insurance company can find out the cause of the accident timely and accurately, and confirm the degree of damage and the amount of loss.
3. Make claim application and provide claim documents. The insured shall file a claim with the insurance company and provide corresponding claim documents in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the insurance contract.
The insured shall report the accident to the local public security department in time and submit the "Notice of Accident" to the insurance company within 24 hours after the accident.
4. Receive insurance claims.
(1) After receiving the notice of claim payment, the insured shall collect the insurance claim payment as soon as possible. If the insured fails to collect the insurance claim payment for more than three months, the insurance company will be deemed to have waived the claim payment.
(2) When receiving compensation, the corporate body shall stamp on the equity transfer and compensation receipt, and individuals shall sign on the equity transfer and compensation receipt.
