This requires that in the daily supervision process, the illegal acts found should be resolutely stopped and punished according to law, especially for the construction land that fails to meet the risk control and restoration objectives determined in the soil pollution risk assessment report, the construction of any project unrelated to risk control and restoration should be prohibited.
Legal basis
Article 66 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Soil Pollution can apply to the ecological environment department of the provincial people's government to remove the construction land from the list of soil pollution risk management, control and remediation for land plots that meet the objectives of risk management, control and remediation identified in the soil pollution risk assessment report. The competent ecological environment department of the provincial people's government shall, together with the competent departments such as natural resources, organize the review of the assessment report on the effect of risk control and the assessment report on the effect of remediation, and timely remove the land plots that meet the risk control and remediation objectives determined in the soil pollution risk assessment report and can be safely used from the list of soil pollution risk control and remediation of construction land, It shall be disclosed to the public in accordance with regulations, and regularly reported to the competent department of ecological environment under the State Council. It is prohibited to start construction of any project unrelated to risk control and remediation for construction land plots that fail to meet the risk control and remediation objectives determined in the soil pollution risk assessment report.
