The following materials should be brought when the divorce certificate is lost:
 3. Valid ID card of the overseas party
 4. My divorce certificate (damaged or inconsistent)
 5. Two recent two inch bareheaded photos of myself.
 （1） If the divorce certificate is lost, the Civil Affairs Bureau shall go through the following procedures:
 After the divorce certificate is lost, the acceptance procedure for the replacement is as follows:
 (1) Both parties fill in the Declaration of Application for Reissue of Marriage Registration Certificate
 (2) The marriage registrar supervises the oath and signs it.
 （2） After the divorce certificate is lost, the review procedure for reissue is as follows:
 (1) Review whether certificates and supporting materials are complete, standard and effective
 (2) Ask about relevant information
 (3) Verify whether the divorce registration records are true.
 （3） After the divorce certificate is lost, the procedure for reissue is as follows:
 (1) If it is verified that it is true and meets the conditions for reissue, it shall be reissued
 (2) If the conditions for reissue are not met, it shall not be reissued and the reason shall be explained to the party concerned on the spot.
 Article 17 of the Marriage Registration Ordinance
 If the marriage certificate or divorce certificate is lost or damaged, the party concerned may apply to the original marriage registration authority or the marriage registration authority in the place where one party's permanent residence is located for a replacement with the household register and identity card. The marriage registration authority shall verify the marriage registration files of the parties and, if it is confirmed to be true, shall reissue the marriage certificate and divorce certificate for the parties.
