Workers can apply for arbitration when asking for salary. In the event of a labor dispute, if the parties are unwilling to negotiate, fail to negotiate, or fail to perform after reaching a settlement agreement, they may apply to the mediation organization for mediation; If they are unwilling to mediate, fail to mediate, or fail to perform after reaching a mediation agreement, they may apply to the labor dispute arbitration committee for arbitration; If they are not satisfied with the arbitral award, they may bring a lawsuit to the people's court, unless otherwise provided for in this Law.

 Article 9 If an employing unit, in violation of State regulations, defaults or fails to pay labor remuneration in full, or defaults on medical expenses, economic compensation or compensation for work-related injuries, workers may complain to the labor administrative department, which shall deal with it according to law.
 Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China
 Article 30 The employing unit shall, in accordance with the provisions of the labour contract and the provisions of the State, pay labourers remuneration in full and on time. If the employer defaults or fails to pay the labor remuneration in full, the worker may apply to the local people's court for a payment order according to law, and the people's court shall issue a payment order according to law.
