 3. Pay attention to the rent and payment method;
 4. Pay attention to liability for breach of contract;
 5. Keep a copy of the contract.

 In Article 704 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the contents of a lease contract generally include the name, quantity, purpose, lease term, rent and its payment term and method, maintenance of the lease item, etc.
 In Article 709 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the lessee shall use the lease item in the agreed manner. Where the method of use of the lease item was not prescribed or clearly prescribed, and cannot be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article 510 of this Law, it shall be used in accordance with the nature of the lease item.
