It can be handled by the Civil Affairs Bureau during normal working hours from Monday to Friday. Relevant formalities and procedures:
1. Both parties apply for divorce in writing and show their certificates.
2. Both parties reach a written agreement on family property disposal, child support, parental support, creditor's rights, debts and other issues.
3. Fill in the Declaration of Application for Divorce Registration and the Divorce Agreement.
4. Fill in the divorce registration application form and the marriage registration certificate processing form, and the registration authority will review them.
5. Get the Divorce Certificate.
