First, control psychologically, carry out corresponding safety education according to employees in different positions, so that employees can improve their safety awareness psychologically, and the protective measures can be flexibly applied in work to create a clean and good working environment, so that people can concentrate on their work with a trace of scrupulousness;
Secondly, it should be controlled physiologically. Due to the limited energy of people, we should reasonably arrange the work and rest time of employees. We should not be too nervous and tired when working. We should establish a good communication channel with employees. If there are symptoms of discomfort in the operation, we should flexibly deploy employees to avoid accidents due to physical reasons
Third, prevent from production technology, hang eye-catching warning signs at accident prone parts and hazard source points, and install protective and alarm devices to prevent unsafe behaviors.
