After being sued, the money that should be returned must be paid back, and all costs caused by the prosecution must be borne by the defendant. In addition, the overdue IOUs mainly have the following three impacts:
 1. The system may automatically lock your white note account after the white note expires, and you cannot use the white note for consumption after locking it;
 2. The overdue IOUs will have a negative impact on your credit;
 3. If you fail to pay off the minimum payment before the repayment date, the system will charge liquidated damages on a daily basis in addition to the daily service fee.

 Article 577 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China [Liability for Breach of Contract] If a party fails to perform its contractual obligations or fails to perform its contractual obligations in accordance with the agreement, it shall bear the liability for breach of contract such as continuing to perform, taking remedial measures or compensating for losses.
 Article 578 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China [Anticipatory liability for breach of contract] If one party expressly expresses or indicates by its own behavior that it will not perform its contractual obligations, the other party may request it to bear the liability for breach of contract before the expiration of the performance period.
