The results of the division of real estate will be different under different circumstances. According to the latest marriage law in Harbin, the division of real estate mainly includes the following situations:
 1. If the property is purchased by one of the husband and wife before marriage and registered only in their own name, then the property will only belong to the purchaser's personal property and will not be divided when the two parties divorce.
 2. If the property is purchased by both the husband and wife before marriage, the appreciation of the property after marriage is also personal property, which has nothing to do with the spouse and will not be divided when the two parties divorce.

 4. If the parents of one of the couples bought a house property for both of them before marriage, but only registered it in the name of their children, then the house property will only belong to personal property and will not be divided during divorce.
 5. If one of the spouses purchased a house property on mortgage before marriage and registered it in his or her own name, but his or her spouse participated in the loan repayment after marriage, the party owning the house property at the time of divorce shall compensate the other party for the loan repayment.
