A testator may freely dispose of his lawful estate in his will, designate a successor to inherit his estate, and his decision to give the estate to one person is lawful. Legacy is the legal private property of the testator. A will is the true will of the testator. When making a will, the testator has a clear mind. If there is no illegal content in the will, the will is valid.
A will takes effect on the day of the testator's death and is generally executed by the testator's successor. The execution of a will means that after the death of a testator, the transfer of the estate is finally realized by a specific person according to the wishes expressed by the testator in a valid will.
A testator may, in his will, appoint one or more heirs to execute the will. If no executor is appointed, all heirs may participate in the execution of the will on an equal footing.
