Agency fees for ordinary cases: for ordinary civil and economic cases that do not involve property objects, the fees will be charged between 2000 yuan and 100000 yuan through negotiation according to the complexity of the case, the time required for lawyers to work, the popularity and experience of lawyers; If a civil or economic case in another place does not involve the subject matter of property, the agency fee shall not be less than 20000 yuan; If the object of property is involved, the agency fee shall be charged according to the object of dispute, but the minimum fee shall not be less than 2000 yuan (the agency fee in other places shall not be less than 20000 yuan).
According to the legal provisions of the Administrative Measures for Lawyer Service Fees:
Article 3 Lawyers' service fees shall follow the principles of openness, fairness, voluntariness, compensation, honesty and credibility. Law firms should facilitate and benefit the people, strengthen internal management, reduce service costs, and provide convenient and high-quality legal services for clients.
Article 4 The fees for lawyers' services shall be subject to government guidance prices and market adjusted prices.
Article 5 The following legal services provided by law firms shall be guided by the government:
（1） Acting as an agent in civil litigation cases;
（2） Acting as an agent in administrative litigation cases;
（3） Acting as an agent in national compensation cases;
（4） Providing legal advice to criminal suspects in criminal cases, representing them in appeals and charges, applying for bail pending trial, and acting as the defender of the defendant or the agent ad litem of the private prosecutor and the victim;
（5） Acting as an agent for appeals in various litigation cases.
The fees charged by law firms for other legal services shall be adjusted by the market.
Article 6 The benchmark price and the floating range of the government guidance price shall be formulated by the price departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in conjunction with the judicial administration departments at the same level.
Article 7 The government shall listen widely to the opinions of all sectors of society when formulating the fees for lawyer services, and may conduct hearings when necessary.
