 11. Where the establishment of a one person limited liability company is required by laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council to obtain approval, the relevant approval documents or photocopies of the permit shall be submitted;

If there are items in the business scope of the company's application for registration that must be reported for approval before registration as required by laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, the relevant approval documents or photocopies of the permit or the permit shall be submitted.

 In Article 59 of the Company Law, a one person limited liability company shall indicate the sole proprietorship of a natural person or a legal person in its company registration, and shall specify it in its business license.
