1. If the testament written by oneself has no date, it is a defective testament, and other evidence is required to prove the writing time of the testament.
2. If there is only one will, it can be deemed as valid without time. If there are more than two wills, if the order cannot be determined, and if there is no date, they will be deemed to be earlier and replaced by later wills, and will no longer apply.
