It is suggested not to think about transferring property during divorce. According to Chinese laws, if one of the spouses conceals, transfers, sells, destroys, or squanders their common property, or forges their joint debts in an attempt to occupy the other party's property, the party may be given less or no share of the common property during divorce. After divorce, if the other party finds that it has committed any of the above acts, it may bring a lawsuit to the people's court.
 In the Civil Code, the way to deal with one party's concealment of property during divorce is as follows: when one party of the husband and wife conceals their common property during the existence of the marriage relationship, which damages the interests of their common property, the other party can again request the people's court to divide the joint property of the husband and wife. In addition, only when the hidden property and one party do not agree to pay the medical expenses, can the request for division of property be filed again with the court.

 Article 1066 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China [Division of the common property of the husband and wife during the existence of the marriage relationship] During the existence of the marriage relationship, if one of the following circumstances occurs, the husband and wife may apply to the people's court for the division of the common property:
 （1） One party conceals, transfers, sells off, damages, squanders the couple's common property or forges the couple's common debt, which seriously damages the couple's common property interests;
 （2） If one party has a statutory obligation to support a person who suffers from a serious disease and needs medical treatment, the other party does not agree to pay the relevant medical expenses.
