The pensioners receive pensions and subsidies, and the preferential treatment objects receive preferential payments or subsidies.
 Legal basis
 Article 2 of the Regulations on Pensions and Preferential Treatment for Servicemen, the active servicemen of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (hereinafter referred to as "active servicemen"), disabled servicemen serving in active service or discharged from active service, as well as demobilized soldiers, veterans, survivors of martyrs, survivors of servicemen who died on duty, survivors of servicemen who died of illness, and relatives of servicemen in active service, are the objects of pensions and preferential treatment specified in these Regulations, Enjoy pensions and preferential treatment in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations. Article 52 The pensions and preferential treatment of retired and retired cadres and retired non commissioned officers of the armed forces shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations on pensions and preferential treatment of servicemen in active service. The pensions of the militiamen and migrant workers who were killed or injured in the war, and the pensions of the reservists, militiamen, migrant workers and other personnel who were killed or injured in the military exercises, military training and military services shall be handled with reference to the relevant provisions of these Regulations.
