(1) Application. When the parties agree to divorce, they must apply for divorce registration in person at the marriage registration office in the place where one party's residence is located. When applying for divorce, the parties shall hold the following certificates and certificates:
 （1） My household register and ID card;
 （2） My marriage certificate;
 （3） A divorce agreement signed by both parties.
 (2) Review. The marriage registration authority shall examine the certificates and certification materials issued by the parties to the divorce registration and inquire about the relevant information.
 (3) Registration. After examination, the marriage registration administration organ shall register the divorce application that conforms to the Marriage Law and the Regulations on the Administration of Marriage Registration, issue the Divorce Certificate and cancel the Marriage Certificate.
