The Civil Affairs Bureau is not allowed to write the divorce agreement for everyone.
 First, the Civil Affairs Bureau is the government's functional department in charge of social administrative affairs. In other words, no local civil affairs bureau will have a specially assigned person to write the divorce agreement. If the client wants to write the divorce agreement, it is recommended to go to the local law firm to find it.
 Secondly, the parties to the divorce agreement can write their own. The so-called divorce agreement refers to the written agreement on property distribution, child care and visitation, and the other half's alimony and child support signed by the couple who are about to dissolve the marriage relationship. The divorce agreement must be in written form, signed by both parties of the husband and wife, and has legal effect only after the divorce registration formalities are handled at the marriage registration authority.
 The divorce agreement shall include the following contents:
 1、 The registration of divorce is the expression of the true intention of the two parties;
 2、 Where does the child live with? The party who does not live with the child shall pay child support and agree on the right of visit;
 3、 Write clearly the division method of common property;
 4、 The enjoyment and discharge of joint claims and debts;
 5、 Solutions to housing problems;
 6、 The method and time limit of financial assistance to the party in difficulty;
 7、 Other matters that need to be clarified in the agreement;
 8、 Signature, seal or fingerprint of both parties;
 9、 The time when the divorce agreement was made.
