Effective notarization process of inheritance:
(1) Fill in the Notarization Application Form.
(2) Submit supporting materials.
1. The legal heir shall personally submit the original ID card and household register to the notary office.
In case of abandonment of inheritance, the successor shall go to the notary office to handle the Notary Certificate of Declaration of Abandonment of Inheritance in person or submit the original of the Notary Certificate of Declaration of Abandonment of Inheritance to the notary office at the place of residence.
2. The original of Death Household Registration Cancellation Form shall be issued at the local police station where the decedent (deceased) is registered.
3. If the estate is a house, the original of the House Ownership Certificate and the State owned Land Use Certificate shall be submitted.
4. Family certificate.
The kinship certificate consists of the spouse, children and parents of the decedent, which can be issued by the local police station where the decedent's household registration is located, or issued by the village (neighborhood) committee and signed by the township (town) people's government "The above is true" and stamped (original).
(3) The notary examines the materials and the Notarization Application Form.
When all the supporting materials are complete, the supporting materials and relevant application forms can be submitted to the undertaking notary for acceptance.
(4) Get the inheritance notarial certificate.
Within the specified time, take your identity certificate and notarial fee invoice to the notary office to get the notarial certificate that has been handled.
