The inheritance law of our country stipulates the scope of the inheritor's inheritance, mainly including the income of the decedent, housing, property rights in copyright, patent rights, etc.

Article 3 Legacy is the lawful personal property left by a citizen at the time of his death, including:
(1) Citizen's income;
(2) Citizens' houses, savings and daily necessities;
(3) Citizens' trees, livestock and poultry;
(4) Cultural relics, books and materials of citizens;
(5) Means of production that the law permits citizens to own;
(6) Property rights in citizens' copyright and patent rights;
(7) Other lawful property of citizens.
Article 4 Personal gains due to individual contracts shall be inherited in accordance with the provisions of this Law. Where a contract is contracted by an individual and permitted by law to be continued by a successor, it shall be handled in accordance with the contract.
