    1、 The Spring Festival is a legal holiday with three days of paid holidays. The first, second and third days of the Spring Festival are legal holidays. The overtime pay for these three days shall not be less than 300% of the due remuneration. The Spring Festival holiday generally lasts seven days, while the other four days are compensatory holidays. The overtime pay for these four days is calculated at least 200% of the due remuneration.

    2、 According to Article 44 of the Labor Law, in any of the following circumstances, the employing unit shall pay higher wages than workers' wages for normal working hours according to the following standards: (1) If workers are arranged to extend their working hours, they shall pay no less than 150% of their wages; (2) If a worker is arranged to work on a rest day but cannot take compensatory leave, he or she should pay no less than 200% of his or her salary. In addition, since New Year's Eve this year is not a legal holiday, overtime pay will not be paid for overtime work on that day.
