The personal property of husband and wife refers to the personal property of husband and wife before marriage or the property obtained during the marriage relationship that has strong personal exclusivity or cannot be used by others. At the time of divorce, the husband and wife's personal property shall belong to each other. The following property shall belong to the husband and wife's personal property:

After marriage, the husband or wife has exclusive daily necessities, such as clothes.
 (2) After marriage, one party of the couple engages in professional, hobby and other special properties, such as books, tools, etc.
 (3) After marriage, one spouse has personal subsidies, welfare property, personal insurance premiums, disability compensation, personal injury compensation, etc. For example, the demobilized and demobilized servicemen received demobilization and rehabilitation fees, medical subsidies and production subsidies for returning home brought back by demobilized servicemen from the army, and honorary prizes and bonuses received by one party in social contributions after marriage.
 (4) The property or property rights acquired by one party of the married couple through inheritance, acceptance of gifts or bequests.
