1. During the period when the state advocates a couple to have one child (before January 1, 2016), couples who voluntarily have only one child for life, but have not yet received the Honor Certificate for Parents of Only Child, can still handle according to relevant regulations.
2. If the Certificate of Honor for Parents of the Only Child has been obtained, but it is lost or damaged, the holder can apply to the family planning office of the town (street) where the husband and wife are registered for a new certificate. There is no deadline.
3. For couples whose children were born after the implementation of the comprehensive two child policy (after January 1, 2016) and who volunteered to have only one child for life, they will not apply for the Honor Certificate for Parents of Only Child, will no longer enjoy the incentive policy for parents of only child, and will no longer be included in the scope of incentive and special assistance.
