The marriage registration authority shall verify the marriage registration file of the party concerned, and if it is confirmed to be true, it shall reissue the marriage certificate and divorce certificate for the party concerned. " The party concerned shall apply to the marriage registration authority in person and fill in the Declaration of Application for Renewal of Marriage Registration Certificate. After the marriage certificate is reissued, it shall be submitted to the notary office.
    2、 The procedure of how to reissue divorce certificate The divorce certificate is lost if the marital status on the household register indicates divorce. If divorce is not indicated in the household register, according to the Ministry of Civil Affairs's "Answers to Several Questions on Marriage Registration" on September 11, 1986, if the marriage certificate or divorce certificate is lost or destroyed, it cannot be reissued. You can only apply to the original marriage registration authority with your household registration certificate and the Marriage Status Certificate issued by your unit or the village (residents) committee. The original marriage registration authority has verified the marriage registration file and confirmed that you have legally handled marriage registration in that authority. Then submit your application for verification to the municipal, municipal district and county civil affairs departments for examination and approval, and issue you the Certificate of Divorce of Marital Relationship according to law. The relevant certificates reissued have the same legal effect as the Marriage Certificate or the Divorce Certificate. Generally, the divorce certificate should be reissued at the civil affairs department, and now it is generally applied for at the civil affairs window of the county administrative service center. Go to the archives office to check the marriage file and issue the marriage file certificate in advance.

    1. Accepting the application submitted by the couple applying for divorce registration and verifying the legal documents they should submit;
    2. The marriage registration authority clearly informed the couple applying for divorce registration of the conditions for divorce registration stipulated in the Marriage Law;
    3. Ask whether the content and willingness of the divorce agreement are consistent, and if there is any objection, negotiate again to reach an agreement;
    4. Ask whether there is any objection to the custody of children and the handling of property and debts, and if there is, re negotiate;
    5. Fill in the Declaration of Application for Divorce Registration, and sign or fingerprint in front of the marriage registrar;
    6. The parties read out the Declaration of Application for Divorce Registration in front of the marriage registrar and filled in the Divorce Registration Processing Form.
