The following evidence can be collected to prove extramarital affairs:
(1) Photos: various photos showing the intimate relationship between the spouse and the third party;
(2) Recording: recording that can prove that the spouse has an extramarital affair with a third party, such as the spouse's recognition of the extramarital relationship with the third party in the conversation with the spouse;
(3) Video: various videos showing the extramarital relationship between the spouse and the third party;
(4) Mobile phone short message: the extramarital short message between the spouse and a third party. Sometimes the spouse and himself, or the third party and himself, may contact each other through short messages. When it comes to extramarital issues, such short messages can be retained as evidence.
(5) Email: Sometimes the spouse will contact a third party via email, which also involves extramarital affairs. Some parties will print the email content as evidence and submit it to the court, and some will retain the electronic evidence by notarization.
(6) Letter of guarantee or letter of repentance: a letter of guarantee, letter of repentance and other documents written by the spouse himself/herself to prove the fact that he/she has extramarital affairs.
(7) Testimony of witnesses: such as the testimony of the landlord, neighbors or community security personnel
