At present, China implements the subscription system of registered capital. For subscription companies, the industrial and commercial departments no longer supervise the arrival of registered capital. Therefore, the contribution of shareholders and the transfer of equity are only recorded in the business system, not used as registration information. The enterprise must independently disclose to the society the true situation of each shareholder's performance of the investment commitment - which of course also includes the information on the change of equity transfer.

 For the establishment of a limited liability company, the representative designated by all shareholders or the agent jointly entrusted by all shareholders shall apply to the company registration authority for name pre-approval; For the establishment of a joint stock limited company, the representative designated by all the promoters or the agent jointly entrusted shall apply to the company registration authority for name pre-approval.
 To apply for name pre-approval, the following documents shall be submitted:
 （1） An application for pre-approval of the company name signed by all shareholders of a limited liability company or all promoters of a joint stock limited company;
 （2） The certificate of the designated representative or jointly entrusted agent of all shareholders or initiators;
 （3） Other documents required by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
