 According to Article 71 of the Provisions on the Handling Procedure of Road Traffic Accidents, if the party concerned has any objection to the determination of road traffic accidents or the issuance of road traffic accident certificates, he or she may submit a written review application within three days from the date of service of the road traffic accident determination or road traffic accident certificates.
 If the party concerned submits an application for review within the time limit, it shall not be accepted and the applicant shall be notified in writing. The application for reexamination shall specify the request for reexamination, its reasons and main evidence. The review of the same accident is limited to one time.
