1. The internal transfer of equity of limited liability companies adopts the principle of liberalism, and the law does not set mandatory provisions.
 2. External transfer is restricted, which is mainly reflected in the following three mandatory norms:
 First, when a shareholder transfers its equity to a person other than a shareholder, it must be approved by more than half of all shareholders;
 Second, the shareholders who do not agree should purchase the equity to be transferred. If they do not purchase the equity, they are deemed to agree to the transfer;
 Third, other shareholders have the preemptive right to purchase the equity transferred with the consent of shareholders under the same conditions.

 According to Article 71 of the Company Law, shareholders of a limited liability company may transfer all or part of their equity to each other. The transfer of equity by a shareholder to a person other than a shareholder shall be subject to the consent of more than half of the other shareholders.
