    If the debtor is unable to pay off the due debts, it can negotiate with the creditor to extend the repayment period, if both parties cannot reach an agreement;

    After the expiration of the time limit, the creditor can bring a civil action to the court. If the court judges the debtor to repay the money, if the debtor still fails to repay, the creditor can apply for enforcement, and the debtor's property will be sealed up and frozen by the court.

    If the debtor is unable to repay the money and has no property available for enforcement, the court will suspend enforcement and resume enforcement when the debtor is able to enforce.

    If the debtor has the ability to execute the judgment of the court, but refuses to execute the judgment if the circumstances are serious, it will constitute the crime of refusing to execute the judgment.

    [Legal Basis]

    In Article 239 of the Civil Procedure Law, the period for applying for enforcement is two years. The provisions of the law on the suspension and interruption of the limitation of action shall apply to the suspension and interruption of the time limit for applying for enforcement.

    The period specified in the preceding paragraph shall be counted from the last day of the period of performance specified in the legal document; If the legal document stipulates that the performance shall be carried out by stages, it shall be calculated from the last day of each performance period specified; If a legal document does not specify a period of performance, it shall be counted from the date when the legal document comes into force.
