The following contractual rights cannot be transferred:
 (1) Claims that cannot be assigned according to the nature of contractual rights. It mainly includes: creditor's rights based on personal nature; Claims based on specific status; Claims based on specific people.
 (2) The parties to a contract agree that they shall not assign their contractual rights.
 (3) Of course, contractual rights that cannot be transferred according to law cannot be transferred.
 Article 79 of the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that the creditor may assign all or part of its contractual rights to a third person, except under one of the following circumstances:
 （1） Not transferable according to the nature of the contract;
 （2） It shall not be transferred as agreed by the parties;
 （3） It shall not be transferred in accordance with the law.
