    The scope of property that the husband and wife should own during the marriage relationship.

    It includes:

    1. Salary, bonus, salary, bonus income of one or both parties and various welfare policy income and subsidies during the duration of the husband wife relationship;

    2. The income from production and business operation refers to the income from production and business operation of one or both of the husband and wife during the duration of the husband and wife relationship;

    3. Income from intellectual property;

    4. The property derived from inheritance or gift refers to the acquisition of property rights, not the actual possession of property.

    Even if the marital relationship is terminated without actual possession, as long as inheritance occurs during the duration of the marital relationship, the inherited property is also the joint property of the husband and wife

    (5) Other properties that should be jointly owned.

    Husband and wife have equal rights to dispose of jointly owned property. (The Marriage Law will expire on December 31, 2020)

    (2) Income from production, operation and investment;
