The warranty period of municipal works has the following provisions:
 Article 18 of the Regulations on the Administration of Urban Roads stipulates that the urban roads shall be subject to the project quality warranty system. The warranty period of urban roads is one year from the date of delivery for use. In case of project quality problems during the warranty period, the relevant responsible unit shall be responsible for the warranty.
 Article 40 of the Regulations on the Quality Management of Construction Projects stipulates that under normal conditions, the minimum warranty period of construction projects is:
 （1） Infrastructure works, foundation works of housing construction and main structure works are the reasonable service life of the project specified in the design documents;
 （2） 5 years for roof waterproof works, toilets, rooms and exterior walls with waterproof requirements;
 （3） Heating and cooling system, 2 heating and cooling periods;
 （4） 2 years for electrical pipeline, water supply and drainage pipeline, equipment installation and decoration works.
